Camping near trails in Merritt?

Regarding trail Godey Creek Trails near Merritt, BC

Hi-
Anyone have suggestions on a good camping spot where we might be able to bike to some good riding? If we could fish around the area that would be a bonus!

Also, any must-do trails?

Two places come to mind that are in the region - The Kane Valley and Kentucky-Alleneye Park - the first has a number of forestry campsites, lakes and a marked trail system that can be biked - the second is a provincial park with both hiking, biking and fishing opportunities.
