The trail starts from a rocky bluff overlooking Rossland and the surrounding valleys and mountains (great photo op). The trail starts with some steep rock faces and then enters into the trees. From here it is mostly steep single track. The highlight of the trail is Johnny Rock, a 13 foot huck off a rock cliff to a natural tranny.

By wanderlustPosted By: wanderlust  - Thu Aug 06 02:31:52 UTC 2009 Not Rated Comment In lower Rossland, follow Malde Rd until it turns into a dirt FSR. Those after a XC ride can climb the road to its summit at the pass. Shortly after, on the right, Flume trail is signed.
