Le parc Jean-Fortin vous propose un gigantesque camion de production Caterpillar 789 qui détient le record du nombre d’heures d’opération. Découvrez également des spécimens de roches de la région et pique-niquez en famille.

Jean Fortin Park offers a huge, Caterpillar 789, production truck which holds the record for the number of hours of operation. Discover rocks of the region and take a picnic with the family.

Directions:

Empruntez le boulevard Jean-Claude-Ménard au kilomètre 564 de la route 389. Vous ne pourrez manquer ce mastodonte à l’entrée de la ville. Poursuivez vos découvertes en utilisant le sentier Taïga. Pour ce faire, prenez le sentier de gravier derrière la tonnelle du parc Jean-Fortin et longez la rue Du Parc. Traversez-la et prenez le stationnement du parc Du Ruisseau. Suivez le sentier de gravier qui traverse le parc et tournez à gauche pour emprunter le pont de la décharge du lac Daviault. Tournez à droite après le pont.

To start your walk, take the Boulevard Jean-Claude Ménardkilometer 564 of Highway 389. You cannot miss this mastodon at the entrance to Fermont. Continue along the Taiga Trail. Take the gravel path behind the arbor of Jean Fortin Park and walk along Du Parc Street. Cross and go through the parking lot at Du Ruisseau. Follow the gravel path through the park and turn left onto the Daviault Bridge. Turn right after the bridge.
