The Iguana Ranch, situated on a well pitched two acres and decked out with ramps, stunts and jumps of all types, for all caliber of riders, allows you to hit the same stunt over and over until you get it right. If you are a total novice, just negotiating around the property can be challenging enough to teach you new skills, there are lots of "baby stunts": mini-skinnys, small teetertotters, stairs, small drops, and unusual obstacles like the turned over satellite dish...but if you consider yourself an expert you can spend all day just hitting the big stuff and not get bored...the ramps are very fat and well designed, with smooth transitions and usually with more than one optional route allowing you to criss-cross jumps to change it up.
Three different accesses bring you to a 7 foot gap jump, a set of double dirt jumps, the truck jump or the kicker. There is a large 12 foot drop in the center of the property and a set of triple dirt jumps in the front. Up in the small forest there is an "ewok" village of ramps and ladders with several interweaving skinnies. At the moment the club is in the process of constructing a rather large and tricky wall ride. The construction never stops and the plan is to completely cover the property with a virtual maze of MTB stuff.
