This is a regional/urban flat trail with some paved road and some riverside gravel paths. Good for commuters and light recreational riders.

Runs in BC's Lower Mainland from Fraser River at New Westminster through Burnaby along Brunette River, Burnaby Lake and Still Creek through Vancouver to the Seawall Trail. Unmarked as yet, but there are maps and more info at www.vacc.bc.ca/centralvalley/ic

*This is an urban trail, which doesn't have any technical obstacles for mountain biking. The trail is mostly paved, so can be easily done by commuter bike.

I couldn't get through when I tried this section of the greenway on Sept 21,2002 - it is suppose to be finished shortly - the big ditch is located near the North Rd entrance so if you are coming from the west and see the trail closed signs take a detour or else you might be like me and have to turn around and retrace your route.
Cheers
