Well it's a cave and very wet, you will need water proof gear. Its about 50 to 70m or more into the ground, there is one water fall in the cave, very nice, and sharp rocks so be careful. That's why it is called the lions den and because the zoo is close by to.
From the hospital (St John) go down sandy point road to the zoo, best to park at the zoo and walk down the big hill it is not far off the road, its about a 10min walk to the cave and its about a 2 min walk in the woods, it will be on the right hand side of the road, you will see a brook. Go down the brook and you will see it.

UpsideAwesome cave, not very well known. CommentSeemed to be some rocks, in the cave that I don`t remember from last time I was in there..... wonder if they fell from the construction in the park recently....
