A rolling backcountry loop with loads of diversity. It will take you through pine forrests as well as birch and many other kinds of trees. There are plenty of long climbs as well as some pretty technical descents. Some places have been attacked by atvs(illegally!!!). As long as you stay away from these areas then its all good. The JB Hudson trail end in roughly 1.6 miles so you must then connect to the Breakheart trail which will continue along the route.
Driving from route 3 in RI on 165 towards connecticut the JB Hudson Trail will be marked on your right after a few miles.
