Strawberry Hill Trail is the longest, most well maintained section of trail for all the above activities. This trail is part of Hale Reservation in Westwood and Dover, Mass. Hale is a non-profit organization that facilitates day camps, adventure education, and family activities. It is open to the public. Mountain Biking is $15/ year and allows rider to go through eh 1200 acres of Hale Reservation as well as Noanet Woodlands which is owned by the Trustees of Reservations.
The trail head is at the far end of Carby Street and meanders through the woods in Dover. It will pass by some very interesting geologic areas as well as a few registered archeology sites. Towards the end of the trail you can hike to the Top of Powissett Peak, were, on a clear day, you can see not only Blue Hills, but Mt Monadnock as well.

From Route 128...
Take exit 16B ( Route 109 West). Turn right on Dover Road, not Summer Street with Dover Mass on the sign.
Turn Right on Carby Street. Follow Carby Street through the reservation. The trail head is about 1.5 miles from the front gate and the office.
