Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary is a beautiful little patch of land with 2 trails for some easy but gorgeous scenery. There is 1.2 mile trail called the Moose Hill Loop, it has some elevation to it and actually goes past a lookout tower about halfway through the hike. The next trail is a 2.3 mile trail called the Hobbs Hill Loop. This trail winds past a glacial hole called Kettle Hole, a very cool sight that happened over 12,000 years ago. At the summit of Hobbs Hill there are a couple large boulders to play on or have some lunch.
Both trails are loop trails and come back to the Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary headquarters where you can find a lot of information about the local flora and fauna.
Take I-95 to exit 8 then NE on S. Main Street then turn left onto Moose Hill Street and follow the signs for the sanctuary.
