Starting from the parking area you begin your 3 mile loop on Bradstreet Lane. At the next T intersection you can turn left onto Drumlin Hill Trail and at the fork, bear right onto Stone Bridge Trail. You will cross a few stone bridges before turning right onto the Averill Island Trail. This will take you into a marshy area and the trail here is sometimes wet.As you exit the Island , go right onto the White Pine Loop. After passing between two marshes bear left to pick up the south leg of the loop. You can follow this back to the point where you first picked up the Averill Island trail or take another of a series of trails that will bring you back to the parking area. This Sanctuary is Maintained by Mass Audobon Society. There is a visitor center and Nature center at the parking area. Check in here for trail conditions and maps.

Directions:

From I-95 north, take exit 50 and follow US 1 for about 2.8 miles. Turn right onto rout 97 south and at 3.2 miles turn left onto Perkins Row. 4.2 miles down you will turn right at the sanctuary entrance and park in the main lot.
