There are many places to put in for the Sudbury River. I put in right on Route 20 on the east side of the bridge that goes over the river. It is a beautiful paddle either way you turn. I always like to paddle against the current the way out, and on the return I sometimes kick my feet up and let the river take me home! Further north on the river the Sudbury River converges with the Concord and Assabet Rivers.

On the river you'll pass through some nice wildlife refuges. Lots of wild life to see, birds, turtles, fish, etc.

Directions:

I put in at the bridge right off of route 20 at the Sudbury River, but there are a lot of other places too.
