For mountain bikers this is a really short trail perfect for mega laps (4 per hour), with several loops of single track to choose from. There?s dense forest, log rides, and a few ladders up past the water reservoir. Dirt jumps are scattered throughout the trails, plus a HUGE natural quarter pipe/step-up combo jump, a 25 foot fire pit gap jump, a 15 ft stump drop etc. You just need to explore to find the goods. Hikers watch for bikers, and vice versa.
Highway 1 east from Vancouver, take Vedder/Yale road exit and follow left over the overpass, follow Yale road west through town till you come to Quarry Road on you left hand side, turn left, follow till you come to a gravel driveway that winds up the mountain, park at the bottom, climb hill all the way to the top, you will come to a yellow park gate and some concrete blocks turn left onto trail for downhill single track, or go straight through gate and past water reservoir to the trail behind it and follow to "back side" extreme trails. Alternate route: follow Quarry road to the end, park at dead end, follow park path till it turns off to right and follow trail all the way up.

UpsideReally Good for kids. Bike jumps, a small hike, and pretty surroundings make this hike a good one. DownsideThe only things wrong is the entrance(or exit)is bushy. also,if you go off too far to the right, you will meet up with a cliff. CommentJust get yourself ounto Prest Rd.and ask for directions at Sealtest, the ice cream place. Don't forget its an EASY hike, though.

UpsideGreat place to explore u cant get lost up there. Lots of fun berms and fast flowing sections. Directions: Once u find the mountain drive past the cemetary and make your way to the very top you'll reach a gate and a 100m gravel road up to the T.V. tower thing once up there. There is a bunch of trail heads u can talk they'll are good. Give you self as much time to explore as u can but this ride can be less than an hour if want. DownsideIt needs work on all the built stuff. Lots of work CommentGreat trail hopefully this summer someone fixes some of the built stuff

CommentThere is no "Luckakuck" exit. If you take the " Lickman Road" exit you can quicky get on Luckakuck however.
