Right in Abbotsford. The main trails are wide and pretty easy, with some moderately steep sections. There are several bridges, and rougher sections of trail. Good for beginners.

Directions:

Park at the Ag Rec Center, then follow the trail near the parking lot entrance under the road. Once you exit the tunnel, continue straight on the gravel path to enter the woods

Sounds of traffic disappear as you go down the valley paths. A hike that can be as short or as long as you would like. Lots of beaten paths to keep you busy. Downside No real markings on beaten paths. Comment Great way to kill time and get away. Don't plan on making a day trip of it.
